Cultivated using traditional methods in the purest oyster tradition of the Marennes d’Oléron region, this “Spéciale de Claire’’ has all the aspects of a diva: class, refinement and elegance.

Collected by hand in the open sea and refined in ‘’claires”, ancient natural salt marshes converted into basins, it combines the character of a tenor and the finesse of a soprano.

Nestled in a well formed hollow shell, it offers a generous flesh of firm consistency. To start, iodine flavor infused with hazelnut which is prolonged in the mouth with sweet and delicate notes.
